These posts are a daily problem that I spend a large amount of time on everyday. I have not found a solution with this phpbb software that allows access to those who should have access, without allowing access to those who should not have access. Although I cannot monitor the site 24/7. I do check it daily, and will continue to do so to delete offensive and unrelated posts and links.
I have disallowed words that are offensive in nature, and they are replaced with nonsensicle phrases such as "I am an idiot" and others. Please do not follow the links to sites such as these.
