A Place for Rehersal?

Hello, we are 4 experienced musicians all over 30 who just happen to all be renting apts. right now. We are looking for a basement, garage, pole barn,studio, etc. anywhere half way decent to rent out for band rehearsal. Somebody mentioned the Armory Arts building? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
