Important sound installations don't need to be large installations. Springport United Methodist recognized the difficulty many in the congregation were having hearing the service. They made the decision to replace a sound system that consisted of one microphone with a small mixer/amp into 2 small column style speakers that were placed in poor locations. The sound system replaced was probably 40 to 50 years old. | |

![]() Located In a small rural community, Springport United Methodist is typical of many smaller rural churches. Many of the attendees are experiencing or beginning to experience difficulty in hearing. Recognizing this, they decided to replace their old system with a relatively simple, modern sound system.

Our thanks to Springport United Methodist Church for their trust in PMC to provide a quality system that answered their needs. |

The size and shape of the sanctuary made a simple single speaker installation a very attractive option. The single speaker does an excellent job of dispersing sound evenly throughout the sanctuary. The hearing impaired system not only includes 4 receivers for those attendees that require help in hearing, it provides the signal for 2 pairs of remote wireless speakers located in other rooms of the church for people who are serving eleswhere during the service.
