Sanctuary sound installation. Like many churches today, Zion found that many of the congregation were having trouble understanding spoken word.

 They decided it was time to replace the portable style system that had been utilized several years ago, with a system designed for their room, and properly installed. |
 The old mixer had only 6 channels, and Zion had recently added an an electronic piano, and an organ that would benefit from the sound system. The addition of these units, along with the typical amplification requirements of choir microphones, hand held vocal microphones, a lavalier for the pastor, a podium microphone, and CD and tape inputs, made 6 channels unreasonable. |
 By correct placement with the proper angle, one speaker does an excellent job of providing the type of sound needed for the room and the type of music used for the sevice in this small country church.
